The mineral wool insulating core has high fire resistance and excellent sound insulation. Sandwich wall panels with a mineral wool insulation core offer high fire resistance and thermal insulation properties.

1. Fire performance: glass wool core material is non combustible material, with a fusion temperature of more than 1000 ℃, which can effectively block the spread of fire in the fire and minimize the fire.
2. Heat preservation and energy conservation: glass wool has low thermal conductivity (0.043w / m.k) and good heat preservation performance. Excellent joint design ensures sealing performance and heat preservation effect.
3. Sound insulation performance: the sound insulation volume is more than 30dB, effectively reducing the interference of external noise.
4. Water tightness / tightness: there is a unique migration between the panel, which prevents the invasion of water; the end of the panel is connected externally and internally, which is sealed to maintain good air tightness.
5. Strong and durable: select high-quality glass wool material with high hydrophobicity, supplemented by rigid polyurethane foam filling on both sides of the notch, enhance the overall strength, and make the building more durable and stable.

1, First of all, it must carry on the construction preparation before installation, include personnel, materials, etc. All will be well prepared. 

2, Before the installation of mineral wool wall panel, it should check whether the verticality and levelness of metope purlin installation requirements, wall frame column vertical degree meets the requirement. 

3, Before installation mineral wool wall panel, it should first mounting plate bottom water retaining plate and the bottom of the window to block water board, water retaining plate and wall frame beam connection with self tapping screw fixation. 

4, Glass wool wall panel links with ground.
