In 2017, BRD established a joint venture with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, serving as a demonstration unit for university-industry cooperation. We also forged partnerships during the "One Belt and One Road" economic forum.
In 2016, the annual sales volume of our automatic external wall cladding system production line exceeded 2 million square meters. We became designated suppliers for well-known real estate vendors such as Wanda and Green Space.
In 2015, BRD invested 120 million to purchase 130,000 square meters of commercial service land, establishing the Zidong Iron and Steel Enterprise Park. Additionally, we successfully entered into a partnership with Chengshang Bank, becoming the third-largest shareholder.
In 2014, BRD was awarded 17 core foaming patents for energy-saving polyurethane sandwich panels. We were also invited to participate in the drafting and formulation of "The National Standard for Energy Saving Polyurethane."
In 2013, our energy-saving polyurethane sandwich panel production line achieved an annual sales volume of over 2 million square meters.
In 2012, our company underwent a name change and became BRD New Material Co., Ltd.
In 2011, Henan Zidong Co., Ltd. was established.
This year marked a period of rapid development for our company. In 2010, we established Shandong BRD New Materials Co., Ltd., Chongqing Xiangzhou Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd., and Shanghai BRD New Materials Co., Ltd.
In 2009, we acquired 120,000 square meters of land in Changge Industrial Cluster for the expansion of our steel structure processing factory. Additionally, Henan Baoyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was established in the same year.
In 2006, Changge Jucheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was established. The main focus of this company is manufacturing steel structures and container bodies.
In 2005, our first branch, Zhengzhou Ruiyuan Materials Co., Ltd., was established. Located in Zhengzhou City, it serves as the agent for PPGI (Prepainted galvanized steel coils) in the Zhengzhou Market.
In 2002, Jincheng Material Second Processing Plant was established. The main products of this plant are color pressure plates and color steel tiles.
In 1995, Changge Jincheng Materials Co., Ltd. was founded, specializing in the production of color coated and galvanized panels.
