Six steps of flexible clay tiles construction

Ⅰ,Typesetting
1. According to the technical design requirements and construction modulus, the joint width shall be determined, and the whole block operation can be used for grid trial arrangement.
2. Ensure that the gap of flexible clay tiles is uniform and meet the design requirements. Attention should be paid to the arrangement of whole bricks for large walls, columns and stacks. When it is unavoidable, the incomplete bricks should be arranged in the secondary parts, such as the wall between windows or internal corners, etc., and attention should be paid to coordination and symmetry.
3. In case of any wall protrusion, the flexible clay tiles around the wall should be cut and matched with each other, and the edges should be neat. It is not allowed to use incomplete bricks to assemble and paste at will.
4. Take the specification and size of flexible clay tiles as the standard, pop up the vertical line and horizontal line as the paste control line according to the trial arrangement effect and the multiple of the whole block.
