Detailed explanation of construction steps of purification board

Clean panel, also known as purification panel, is made of color-coated panel, galvanized steel plate and other materials as surface materials, core materials such as rock wool, paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, PU, magnesium oxysulfide, magnesium oxide, etc.  A kind of "sandwich" panel compounded with a special binder, which is mainly used as a material for clean room decoration.

The clean panel has high flatness, bright color and beautiful appearance. Because of its unique dustproof, antistatic and antibacterial properties, it has become the most important choice for clean room decoration.  With the development of economy, clean panel has been used more and more in places with strict indoor environment requirements such as industrial electronics workshop, pharmaceutical, food, biology, aerospace, precision instrument manufacturing and scientific research.

Eight steps of clean panel construction

1. Ground leveling

 Perform plastering and leveling according to the reference point on the wall. The allowable deviation of the wall is: surface deviation ±2mm, vertical deviation ±2mm, and yin and yang angle deviation ±2mm.

2. Ground grid line

 According to the grid line of the panel drawing, the horizontal and vertical gaps between the clean panel and the panel are left, so that the line of the base wall surface is clear, horizontal and vertical.

3. Cutting clean panel

According to the actual size of the grid on site, provide the specific cutting size of the clean panel.  The clean panel should have neat edges and corners, the diagonal deviation should be less than 2mm, and the coating should be complete without bulging or scratching.

4. Glue on the panel surface (adhesive tape)

Clean the bonding surface of the clean panel.  Apply the waterproofing agent to the section twice with a brush.  After the surface is dry, stick the double-sided PE tape on the back.  Apply building structural glue to the back of the clean panel, generally not less than 6mm.

5. Paste clean panel

1. The installation of the clean panel is pasted from the bottom to the top, followed by the first and second corners.

2. Remove the film on the other side of the double-sided tape and paste the clean panel on the wall.

3. A wooden keel is used to temporarily fix the two panels between the two clean panels, and then removed after the building structural adhesive has cured.

6. Comprehensive inspection

The clean panel should be inspected after each stage of installation.

7. Panel seam treatment

According to the size of the panel seam, select the appropriate caulking strip to fill the panel seam.  Apply masking paper (paper tape) along the seam of the panel according to the requirements of the grid width, and then apply the waterproofing agent to the cross section at least twice with a brush.  After the waterproofing agent is dry, apply sealant in the seam of the panel, and then use a flat scraper to scrape the sealant. The thickness of the sealant on the panel is 0.5 to 1 mm.  After the sizing is completed, the paper tape can be pulled off.
