BRD Cleanroom Panels Create Pristine Environment at Philippine Electronics Plant

When a leading electronics manufacturer in the Philippines needed to construct a new cleanroom facility, they turned to BRD's cleanroom panels to achieve the stringent air purity requirements.

The project involved outfitting a 1,500 square meter area with BRD's non-shedding and anti-static panels to create a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment. The panels' smooth, non-porous surfaces and airtight interlocking design help prevent particles and contaminants from entering the cleanroom.

Installation was streamlined thanks to the panels' lightweight yet extremely durable construction. The 50mm thick panels provided a cost-effective way to meet thermal insulation targets and reduce energy costs.

BRD's cleanroom team worked closely with the customer from design through delivery to ensure the panels met exact specifications. The panels were pre-cut to size at BRD's factory to enable rapid, precise installation on site.

With the project completed on schedule, the new cleanroom facility now benefits from a tightly controlled environment with superior air quality. This allows the electronics manufacturer to uphold strict contamination control standards and produce sensitive electronics components reliably.
