BRD has been awarded a significant contract to supply and install 100mm polyurethane-edged rockwool sandwich panels for the new PDG Data Center in Johor, Malaysia. The project spans an area of 18,000 square meters, and BRD's high-performance rockwool panels will play a crucial role in ensuring the data center's safety, energy efficiency, and durability.
BRD's rockwool sandwich panels are renowned for their exceptional fire resistance, achieving the highest A-class rating. They effectively prevent the spread of fire, providing superior protection for critical data and infrastructure. Additionally, the panels offer excellent thermal insulation, reducing energy consumption and maintaining a stable indoor temperature, which is essential for the proper functioning of data center equipment.
The use of polyurethane edging further enhances the panels' durability and weather resistance. It protects the panels from moisture, corrosion, and other environmental factors, ensuring a long service life with minimal maintenance.
"We are honored to be a part of this prestigious project and contribute to the development of Malaysia's digital infrastructure," said Tim Huang, CEO of BRD ", Our rockwool sandwich panels are the ideal solution for data centers, offering unparalleled fire safety, energy efficiency, and durability."
BRD’s successful bid for the PDG Data Center project underscores the company's growing presence in the international market. It demonstrates the global recognition of BRD's expertise in manufacturing and supplying high-quality building materials including PU sandwich panels, aluminum panels and more. We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry worldwide.
